Noviora provides habit tracking, quests, seasonal content, progression systems, guild and social features, photo verification, AI-assisted quest generation, premium subscriptions, and digital consumables. Features may change, be limited by region or device, or be modified over time.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by the platform provider such as Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your platform account settings. Consumables, virtual items, and premium benefits are digital products, non-transferable, and subject to platform rules and applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Noviora, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, exploit bugs, automate abuse, upload unlawful or infringing content, harass other users, or use the app in a way that harms platform integrity, security, or other users.
6. User Content
You retain rights to content you create or upload, but you grant Noviora the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content for service operation, moderation, safety, support, and product improvement.
7. AI and Recommendations
Some Noviora features may use automated systems or AI-assisted generation to create quest suggestions, recommendations, or content variations. These outputs are provided as assistance and may require your judgment before use.
8. Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Noviora at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of all content, or that every feature will remain available in its current form.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Noviora if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, create risk for other users, or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Noviora is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose.
