This Privacy Policy explains how Noviora collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Noviora mobile application, related web pages, and connected services.
We may collect account and profile information such as your email address, display name, hero name, authentication identifiers, subscription status, and app settings. We also process gameplay data such as quests, progress, XP, levels, achievements, seasonal participation, guild activity, and shop purchases.
Depending on which features you use, Noviora may process photo verification uploads, camera or photo library access, precise or approximate location, motion or sensor data, diagnostics, crash reports, device identifiers, and performance information. Payment processing for App Store purchases is handled by Apple. Noviora and its service providers may receive transaction status, subscription state, and product identifiers, but not your full card details.
We use information to authenticate users, sync progress across devices, personalize quests and recommendations, enable premium purchases and entitlements, operate social and guild features, improve app stability, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
Noviora uses third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for backend services, Expo and related mobile tooling, RevenueCat for subscription and purchase infrastructure, Apple and Google for app distribution and payments, and analytics, crash reporting, notification, storage, or media providers where needed to deliver functionality.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers acting on our behalf, with platform providers required to complete purchases, when you intentionally share content with other users, or when disclosure is required by law, to protect rights, or to investigate abuse or fraud.
We retain information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and maintain security and fraud-prevention records. Some backup copies may persist for a limited period.
You may manage account details inside the app, revoke device permissions from your operating system settings, cancel subscriptions through Apple, and request deletion or access where applicable under local law. Some features may not function correctly if key permissions are denied.
Noviora is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to personal data processing on their own. If you believe a child provided personal data without proper consent, contact us and we will review the request.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data in line with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by revising the effective date on this page. Continued use of Noviora after an update means the revised policy applies.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or privacy requests related to Noviora, use the support contact listed in the app store listing or inside the app support channels for the current release.
